DISCLAIMER

BY PURCHASING FROM zeneypins, YOU HAVE READ & ACCEPTED THE TERMS OF SERVICE, as below.

 Preorders (pins & stickers)

  • Preorders will usually take 2-3 months, sometimes more if there are unexpected delays, holidays, global pandemics, unforeseen weather conditions, strikes, etc.
  • NO Refunds on preorders
  • All preorders are guaranteed Standard Grade (see pin grading information)

If you cannot WAIT, I would recommend that you DO NOT BUY. In hand pins will be posted on the website.

When you purchase a PREORDER, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

  • Colours on the pin may be affected by the pin effect used
  • There may be some colour differences from the art design and final pin product as the computer changes some of the colours on the proofing
  • There may be some colour differences from the art design and final pin product as there are only a certain number of colours we can work with when making the pin
  • All PREORDERS are final sales, therefore no cancellations or refunds. If the pin grading is extremely inaccurate, you can request a replacement (see below for more information)

* Prices do NOT include shipping. We offer insurance for CANADA and USA only, and cannot offer insurance on international orders

 

Stickers

We do not offer returns or refunds for ALL stickers. Exceptions such as shipping damage may apply, please contact ask@zeneypins to discuss.

Pin Grading

GRADE A: Highest quality pins with minor imperfections (as all pins are handmade, there may be some minor flaws) such as:

  • small scratches or scuffs on the surface
  • small pores or faint dust in the enamel
  • slight discolouration of the metal colour/plating

GRADE B: May have a few noticeable defects and may include:

  • small black marks on the enamel
  • noticeable scratches or scuff
  • noticeable tiny pores in the enamel or bubbles
  • noticeable faint specs/dust

GRADE C: Have multiple major flaws/imperfections and may include:

  • Low or Overfilled enamel that floods some metal lines
  • Deep scratches, scuffs, missing/excessive enamel, gouges or marks
  • Noticeable off-set screen-printing, major specs or dust
  • Posts are wiggly or loose

Please note that pin grading can take up to 7-14 business days. Your patience is appreciated.

 

Replacements

Replacements are ONLY offered if you receive an incorrect pin or if the "pin grading" is extremely inaccurate. There are NO REPLACEMENTS for B grade pins as B grade pins have noticeable flaws and that's what you paid for.

To request a replacement, please make a request within 3 days of delivery and once approved, you will be provided with instructions to return your pin. Please note that there are NO GUARANTEE for a replacement. You will be responsible for paying for shipping to return the pin and your replacement will be shipped ONLY after I receive the returned pin. Your returned pin should also include your approved replacement request (we will email this info for you to include with the shipment). Again, there are no guarantee for a replacement.

If your replacement request is APPROVED, you have 5 days to send back the pin otherwise your replacement request will be void. Please use email ask@zeneypins.com.

The same is applicable for damaged stickers.

 

Address Changes

Requests for address changes can ONLY be made with proof of purchase by the original purchaser as it is a requirement of the store platform. If you are not the original purchaser, the one who paid, then we cannot make address changes without their written permission as the request must come from them as they made payment and the account is linked to them. Request must be sent to email ask@zeneypins.com.

 

Taxes, Customs, Duties, VAT & Other Fees

Taxes will be charged for orders shipped within Canada. Import taxes, customs, duties, VAT and other applicable fees are NOT the responsibility of zeneypins, and are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges for delivery to the USA and International countries are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Refunds

To request a refund, please make a request within 3 business days of delivery and once approved, you will be provided with instructions to return your pin/sticker. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving your refund approval otherwise the refund request is void. You will be responsible for all shipping and import taxes/duties/customs/etc. for the return of your pin/sticker. There will be a 10% restocking fee and your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the return. Email your refund request to ask@zeneypins.com. Please note that you must returned your pin/sticker in the original packaging.
